We love kohlrabi! It has a crunchy, juicy and mild flavor that reminds us a bit of radishes. Kohlrabi is much milder than a radish though as well as larger. You can eat it raw after you peel the skin off, chop it into smaller pieces. Our daughter will eat it all on it's own, we add it to our salads. Another way you can eat it is cooking it! You can boil it in water or add it to a pan and cook it until it is softened just enough. Absolutely delicious and a great veggie addition to your household!
